This picture saddens me. I looked at it, saw the shadows of the other kids, and was suddenly hit with the realization that this girl is dead. Those shadows are nuclear blast shadows. They are the remnants of all the other passengers on the train. She was headed out of the city when the nuke hit. She was headed home. But now, she is nothing more than a nuclear shadow stamped into the seat of a train car. Doomed to ride forever with the hope in her mind that she will soon arrive home to see her family.
That's what I see, but I guess I'm just a gloomy person. Anyway, this is awesome!
It's so amazing to see your gallery! It really tastefully, if I may put it that way Your are a very great artist with a lovely style, and I will definitely follow you and your art in future! (some of your drawings is already my favs..) Regards Ida
beautiful work the colours are very nice. especially those behind the window~ so soft the girl's expression is so cute interesting concept with those figures on the sitting things(lol don't know how to call them)
wow awesome! I think I know this anime movie... if your drawing is based on a movie that is... what was it called again? The one where this young woman goes back to visit the place she once visited as a kid... and has all these flash-back of the time when she was in elementary school... great work! I love all your work btw, they give me a warm feeling ^^
